Pricing + Examples

The default auction pricing is as follows:SB (Starting Bid): $10 *MI (Minimum Increment): $2 **AB1: $30 ***
(You receive the headshot adopt as-is, with no further additions.)AB2: $60
(You receive the headshot adopt as-is, as well as a semi-custom fullbody with a transparent background to go along with it.)AB3: $80+
(You receive the headshot adopt as-is, and a full reference sheet in the below example style. (One fullbody with a headshot/anatomical close-up).)

*SB is the minimum amount to bid/USD amount the biddine starts at.
**MI is the minimum amount you must add from the previous highest bid.
(For example, if someone bids the SB ($8) you must bid the SB + MI ($10).
***AB is the 'autobuy'. If you AB an adopt, you buy it automatically regardless of where the bidding is. (More rules/clarification in 'AUCTION RULES'.)

Auction Rules

1. Bidding/prices are all in USD. I do not accept other currencies! You can pay via PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Ko-Fi (Stripe), or Payoneer.2. Each auction will end after an AB, or 24hrs after the highest bid.3. If bidding approaches an AB threshold, you can choose to either pass the threshold or AB there. (State "Pass" in your message to pass the threshold.)4. To AB, state "AB1", "AB2", or "AB3"5. You cannot AB a lower tier after a threshold is passed.6. Once an AB is accepted, no one else can AB the design, even at a higher tier.7. If you opt for AB2 or 3 you will have some creative direction regarding the final design. It is still technically a semi-custom, so I (CicerOrator) will still have creative liberty. The finished design will be a surprise.7.a. You can add up to two Positives, and any number of Negatives.
Positives and negatives are things you want and don't want me to add. They can be anything, such as colors, placement of things, traits, inspiration keywords, etc.7.b. This being a semi-custom means you will not receive WIPs. What you see at the end is what you get. Consider well whether this is something you are comfortable with!8. Preclaims are available to close friends and family ONLY!

General Adopt Rules

1. I don't do holds! You must have the funds available when you enter/bid.2. The buyer will receive a full resolution image of the original artwork with a fainter watermark if available. It can be uploaded to Sta.sh, Toyhou.se, etc. with a credit to my account if possible. (CicerOrator on ToyHouse, DeviantArt, and Twitter.)3. Do not edit, trace, or reproduce the original artwork!4. You may trade or give away the adoptable, but you may NOT sell it for more than the price spent on it unless more art is added/made for the character.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds are not accepted after the commission is fully completed and delivered.2. Refunds are not available until 3 days after initial payment. (You can ask me (CicerOrator) to pause/not work on the commission at any time.)3. If 3 days or more have passed after payment, you require a refund on your commission, and I have not begun work, I will provide it to you in full. If I have completed work in regard to the commission already, I will deduct an amount equal to the work completed from the refund, and send full-resolution files of all completed work.4. If the reason for your refund is an emergency, i.e. medical or family emergencies, I am more than happy to provide a full refund regardless of the work done.
